Materials
We craft our furniture from natural materials including solid wood, natural stone, and metals.
Variations in grain, color, figure, knots, mineral deposits, veining, fissures, texture, patina, and other naturally occurring characteristics are inherent to these materials and are not considered defects. Natural stone in particular may contain variation, pits, fissures, veins, and tonal differences unique to the selected slab. Wood will also naturally respond to changes in temperature, humidity, light, and age.
These characteristics are part of the individuality of a handmade Terraforma piece.

Care
Wood & Metal
Wipe with a soft, lightly damp cloth with a small amount of mild dish soap if necessary.  Avoid the use of heavy chemicals and household cleaners as they might damage the finish.

Marble
Care should be taken when placing hot items directly on marble. Use a trivet or surface pad when serving heated dishes. Marble is porous and can stain, particularly with dark liquids. Wipe spills immediately with a soft cloth using warm water with a mild dish soap.

Shipping
Local clients (Southern California): We can provide in person delivery for a nominal flat fee.

Otherwise, our products ship nationwide. Large items are carefully packaged in a custom crate and sent by Freight. Please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote. Freight shipping cost and details will be drafted upon completion of your order. 

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final as each item is made to order.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email to file a claim with images and a description of your claim. We will work diligently to resolve it.
